Jessica Kaldon

Training & Development Lead

Jessica Kaldon serves as Training & Development Lead for KS Consulting, bringing more than 20 years of experience as an education professional to the design and delivery of workforce learning, leadership development, employee education, and organizational training programs.

Jessica helps KSC clients translate policies, expectations, operational requirements, and organizational goals into training that employees and leaders can understand and apply. Her background in education brings a structured, learner-focused approach to professional development—one that recognizes that effective training requires more than presenting information. It requires clear objectives, practical application, engagement, reinforcement, and measurable understanding.

In her role, Jessica supports the development and delivery of customized programs for executives, managers, supervisors, employees, government contractors, public-sector organizations, and regulated workforces. Training can be designed for onsite, virtual, small-group, leadership-team, or organization-wide delivery depending on the needs of the engagement.

Jessica works closely with KSC’s human capital, employee relations, investigations, compliance, recruiting, and executive advisory teams to ensure training addresses the actual workforce risks and performance needs of the organization.

Her work may include leadership development, supervisor training, communication, employee relations, performance management, workplace conduct, policy education, conflict management, interviewing and hiring, organizational change, professional development, and customized workforce education.

Jessica also supports training needs that emerge from broader KSC engagements. For example, findings from a workplace investigation, compliance review, organizational assessment, compensation study, or leadership intervention may identify a need for targeted education or management development. Jessica helps convert those findings into practical learning initiatives designed to prevent recurrence and strengthen organizational capability.
