Marc Whirl serves as Director of Strategic Growth for KS Consulting, where he works at the intersection of client strategy, business development, account management, and investigative risk services.

In his strategic-growth role, Marc functions as a senior client relationship and account executive, helping organizations identify where KSC’s capabilities can support their operational, workforce, compliance, and growth objectives. He works closely with clients to understand emerging needs, coordinate resources across KSC’s service lines, support account development, and ensure engagements remain aligned with broader organizational priorities.

Marc also leads KSC’s Investigations Division, overseeing background investigations, workplace investigations, credential verification, executive due diligence, public-record research, and investigative risk-intelligence services.

With more than 14 years of investigative experience and a background as a licensed private investigator, Marc brings a disciplined approach to fact development, verification, documentation, and risk assessment. His investigative work may support matters involving employee misconduct, workplace complaints, leadership concerns, conflicts of interest, misuse of organizational resources, credential discrepancies, executive vetting, and other sensitive organizational issues.

His dual role gives KSC a distinct advantage. Marc is able to understand a client’s broader business objectives while also recognizing where investigative, reputational, workforce, or operational risk may require deeper review.
