As Vice President of People Operations at KSC HR Consulting, she specializes in creating scalable, compliant, and people-centered HR systems that enable organizations to grow with clarity and confidence.

Stefanie brings deep expertise across HR operations, performance management, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR technology. She has led global People Operations functions for multi-state and international workforces, supporting rapid headcount growth, mergers and acquisitions, and complex organizational change—while maintaining operational rigor and a strong employee experience.
