As Managing Partner of KS Consulting, LLC, Kara leads advisory and retained consulting engagements focused on aligning people strategy, operations, compliance, and financial performance.
Kara’s expertise spans human capital strategy, workforce planning, payroll and benefits advisory, regulatory compliance, executive leadership support, and alternative dispute resolution. Her work helps organizations reduce risk, improve retention, navigate complex labor and regulatory environments, and design people systems that scale.
